REAL DEAL’s mission is to equip veterans and young people ages 12–21 to become future-ready, regardless of the challenges they have faced. We mentor young people growing up without a father, navigating foster care, or facing difficult circumstances, while supporting veterans through the transition to civilian life, the effects of trauma, and the pursuit of meaningful employment. Through honest relationships, practical coaching, and real opportunities, we help people recognize their worth, strengthen their skills, and build a future defined by their decisions rather than their circumstances.
