Refund Policy

Book Orders

Book orders may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if the item is unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Donations

Contributions made in support of REAL DEAL are reviewed case by case. If you believe a payment was made in error or wish to request a refund, please contact us with your transaction details.

All donation refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagement deposits are refundable per the terms outlined in the individual booking agreement. Cancellation policies vary based on the timeframe of cancellation and are specified in the signed agreement.

Merchandise

Merchandise returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
